The 2025 edition of the Cannes Film Festival is underway. Ari Aster's new movie is "Eddington." Like his previous film, it stars Joaquin Phoenixplaying opposite Pedro Pascal in a Western set during the 2020 COVID pandemic, pitting a sheriff and a mayor against each other as they disagree over lockdown and tear their whole town apart.

Die My Love

Starring Jennifer Lawrence, Robert Pattinson,and Lakeith Stanfield, the film follows a woman, her husband, and his lover, as she's "driven to insanity by her marriage and childbirth."

The Phoenician Scheme

Wes Anderson's new film serves up some more of Anderson's colorful and offbeat antics alongside a roster of beloved actors. This time around, these includeBenicio del Toro, Riz Ahmed, Tom Hanks, Jeffrey Wright, Scarlett Johansson, and Kate Winslet's daughter Mia Threapleton.
